As is sometimes the case, especially where resources are limited or multiple Evolve services are connecting to one SQL Instance it can take the services longer than usual to start up. If starting up the services manually it is advisable to Ensure Documatics Service is Running before starting ClickOne Service.
The Service Manager may show that the Service is running but this does not always show if the Service is in a faulted state. The best option here is to check the Service Logs to see if the Service started successfully.
The standard install server logs would be located in "C:\Windows\Temp\PracticeEvolve" but occasionally as in some cloud sites the logs can be split out into the individual company installs as below
C:\Program Files (x86)\Documatics CompanyName\LEPlus\Logs
2017-08-13 01:24:49,434 INFO CMS [(null)] - Process Manager started successfully
2017-08-13 01:24:49,814 INFO CMS [(null)] - No exchange mailbox configuration found.
(We would recommend waiting for this to show at the end of the Documatics Service startup before starting the ClickOne Service)
2017-10-06 23:52:02,049 [INFO ] PracticeEvolve.Documatics.Server.Services.IntegrationService - No further full synchronisation will run.
Once both of these are recorded in the logs the services have successfully started.
