This article relates to:
- Outlook 2007 or higher
- Outlook Security message appearing when emailing from Evolve
If Outlook 2007 or higher keeps giving security messages to allow or deny access every time third party software (like Evolve) tries to perform an action.
The problem is often that in the "Trust Center" under "Programmatic Access" is not registering the Antivirus on your PC - "Antivirus status: Invalid. This version of Windows supports antivirus detection, but no antivirus was found."
You should contact your IT provider to investigate why Outlook doesn't detect your Antivirus or if there is another cause.
Note: This setting cannot be turned off in Outlook 2003
