Call logs message screen not showing anymore

This article applies to the following:

  • The call log message screen isn't showing


Note- This happens from time to time when the Text size is set above 100%.

Follow these steps;

1. Log out of Legal Evolve

2. Go To; %localappdata%\Documatics\Office Evolve\Client

3. Rename OEUserPreferences.config file to OLDOEUserPreferences.config

Note: Once you log back into Evolve, the Call Logs should appear. However this is only a temporary fix and may re-occur. It is recommend that the screen resolution be altered, rather then the text size, for now, where possible.
