Office 365 - Turn on cached mode

If you receive the following message when filing to Evolve when using Office 365, you should turn on the 'Cached Mode' setting in your Outlook mail account.

Message Text:

Your email has been sent, however the following error occurred while attempting to file it to Evolve.

The function cannot be performed because the message has been changed.


The email usually files to Evolve but the Evolve matter reference is not populated in the 'Evolve' Outlook column and this is what the message refers to.


Turn on 'Cached Mode' in Outlook.
